Does it cost anything to become a mfc2cam.com member?
Membership is free, but registration is required. Simply enter a user name, password and valid email address upon your first visit, and our system will
automatically send you an email containing a link to verify the validity of your email address. Access is immediate after Verifacation is entered.
There is no charge for viewing our performers' free video feeds, reading their profile, rate them or looking at their gallery of photos. nudity or be
able to engage in erotic fantasy or role play without purchasing credits to take the performer private. It is also unlikely that a performer will be
willing to divulge personal information about herself in the free chat areas and you are advised not to do so yourself either.
Will registering for your site open me up to a deluge of spam?
No. We never rent or sell email addresses or other information, and can safely say that if you were only to register your email address on our site and
nowhere else, you would receive no other email other than a welcome email, and occasional promotional offers from us.
Do I need any special software to access your site?
No all you need is a PC capable of connecting to the internet, browser software such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox and of
course an internet connection. Our feeds can be viewed at any connection speed from standard 56k dial modem upwards, but for best results a broadband
or dsl connection is recommended.
I cannot see the Performer's video feed. What is wrong?
Our site needs Java to be installed on your PC. Most PCs already have this but Java is a program that is updated and enhanced regularly so the version
on your PC may be out of date. This is easily remedied by going to www.java.com and checking you have the latest version installed. Java is free.
What is the difference between a Free Chat and a Private Chat
Very few people work for free, so please don't expect our performers to. They will not show nudity unless they choose to, no yahoo messanger posting in
free chat or discuss personal information in free chat areas, but will be more than happy to do this for you if you take them private. Different
performers have different views on what is or is not acceptable to them in private chat, so if you have any particular request for them to do in
private, it is always advisable to seek their agreement in free chat prior to going private in order to avoid any misunderstanding.
How do I add funds to my mfc2cam.com Private Chat Account?
To add funds or "load" your mfc2cam.com Private Chat Account, simply click the 'Add Tokens' link in the top left on our site, then follow the
instructions provided. All transactions are processed by reputable third party processors, and your personal details are neither shared with us, nor
stored on our servers.
How much does a Private Chat Cost?
The Private Show rates are set by the individual performer and may vary from performer to performer but are always priced per minute and always clearly
indicated. Furthermore, your confirmation that the rate is acceptable to you is always sought prior to your funds being committed. You are free to
leave the private chat room at any time regardless of the amount of credit you have loaded. You will cease to be billed immediately you click the "End
Chat" button, or if your connection, or the performer's connection to the internet or our servers is severed.
What recourse do I have if the performer fails to comply with my wishes or requests?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we investigate all complaints that we receive. Where we find that the customer has grounds for
dissatisfaction we will normally re-credit him or her with the amount that the show cost them. We cannot however offer refunds for Performers failing
to comply with a particular request that was not previously agreed to in free chat prior to commencement of private show. Also please remember that the
majority of the performers are not sex professionals and English is probably not their first language. So please be clear in your requirements !
How do I check my mfc2cam.com Account Balance?
To check your current Balance, simply Look At Top Right, You Will See You Token Balance.
Your processor will not accept my credit card. Is there another way to load funds?
Depending on your geographic location there may be. Please contact Support for alternative options.
I am unable to login to my mfc2cam.com Private Chat Access Account
Our system is case sensitive. Make sure you enter your username and password EXACTLY as you did when you signed up. Also make sure your CAPS LOCK key
is not engaged. If you have forgotten your user name or password please request it from te profile section.
How do I use the Cam2Cam option and show my cam to the performer?
Cam2Cam is only possible in private. It will work with virtually any webcam, but it must be plugged in and ready before you enter private. When you
click to start a private chat, an adobe box will appear saying veryhotcams is requesting action to your cam, and warning you that your cam may be
recorded, and asking you to click to allow our software access. Clicking accept WILL NOT show your cam to the performer, but you should be able to see
it yourself in a small box to the right of the performers video feed. When you are ready to show your cam click BROADCAST. If you want to stop before
you end private, click STOP BROADCAST.
PLEASE NOTE: The Adobe message about cams being recorded is a standard message. YOUR CAM WILL NOT BE RECORDED HERE ON MFC2CAM EVER AND WILL ONLY BE
VISIBLE TO THE PERFORMER YOU SHOW IT TO, (SITE ADMIN OR OTHER MEMBERS or PERFORMERS WILL NEVER SEE IT) AND EVEN THE PERFORMER YOU ARE IN PRIVATE WITH
WILL ONLY SEE IT IF YOU CLICK THE SMALL WEBCAM ICON.
If you are having trouble showing your cam, please stop private and close any application like Yahoo and Live Messenger that may be blocking our
software etc and unplug your cam, plug it in again and try again.
